False Positive Removal

Hello,

It has been brought to our attention that one of our customers has received an alert from their MalwayreBytes installation that is categorising our site to be a potential 'phishing' website;.

We are a fully accredited and licensed Digital Currency Exchange based in Sydney, Australia that is regulated by AUSTRAC that has been operating since 2018 - so this clearly isn't the case.

What is the process involved in having this false positive removed and getting the site recategorised as a safe site on MalwareBytes?

Attached is the image of the dialog they were presented with. Thank you.

Thanks in advance.
