Im trying to get a refund

ive created a ticket a few times and no ones got in touch with me. im trying to get a refund on my malwarebytes premium ive only used it for a week.

What is the ticket number?

Every time you create a new ticket gets delayed and the wait after the automate ticket number resets.

It generally takes anywhere from 3-7 weekdays for a actual response.

My ticket number is 3858883 thats the one i created today
