X1EJM Posted Wednesday at 02:42 PM ID:1515155 Share Posted Wednesday at 02:42 PM Hello - I'm not 100% certain if this is a Malwarebytes issue or not. Createsend.com is a white labeled domain for the Campaign Monitor email marketing tool. Using the Malwarbytes Browser Guard in Chrome on Windows 10 I'm seeing the attached ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT message in Chrome Dev Tools when trying to submit a Campaign Monitor contact form. When I whilelist the domain the form submits fine. Is this something you can address? Thanks Ed. Link to post
Staff gonzo Posted Wednesday at 05:31 PM Staff ID:1515202 Share Posted Wednesday at 05:31 PM Please provide a log from Browser Guard which has been created immediately after the error has been encountered. I can do go to the website itself, so something about the communication between the calling website and the site which you have specified is the issue. The log will hopefully show me that information. Link to post

Staff Solution gonzo Posted Thursday at 05:35 PM Staff Solution ID:1515352 Share Posted Thursday at 05:35 PM I missed this yesterday...sorry. I have used your log to verify the block and the surrounding details, and have made a whitelist entry. Please allow 30 minutes or so for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. X1EJM Posted Friday at 08:31 AM Author ID:1515424 Share Posted Friday at 08:31 AM Hello again - many thanks for your help. Still no joy I'm afraid. I've attached another log. The form I'm trying to submit is at https://www.mrgantt.com/pre-launch-registration/ - which we built. Have we done something wrong? Cheers Ed BG-Logs_v2.4.1_2022-05-13_92911.txt Link to post
Staff gonzo Posted Friday at 09:18 AM Staff ID:1515429 Share Posted Friday at 09:18 AM I made an adjustment to the whitelist entry. Give it 30 minutes and try it again. Technically speaking, use of a tracker should be informational only and should not be an integral part of a process. Browser Guard is designed to (among other things) block trackers. Your process should complete whether or not that domino falls. Link to post
