Purchase have not received license code

Tonight I decided to purchase Malwarebytes Privacy to go with my Malwarebytes premium, in fact I may have purchased it one purchase is order # 182074831 and I have lost the other number(s). The issue is that I have not received any license codes for privacy, and would like one forwarded to my email account asap. Once this is done I would like any other related fees refunded and leave me with only the Premium and one privacy charge. 

I am approaching the renewal date for malwarebytes, how this is handled may be the deciding factor in me staying with you or looking elsewhere.

This is one issue only the support desk can address.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
