Refund request

Hello,

Knowing that I need to send a ticket for this issue but I don't want to send another ticket because I already have one ticket responded (No:3842791) and second ticket not (No:3842996) for the same issue, unfortunately. I have had a topic for the issue marked as resolved but my problem continues.

I can still see the transactions on my expenses in waiting activities and some other places (attached). My bank says they have been processed, they cannot do anything.

Also, I still get automated e-mail to complete my order (attached). I tried once as you can see and I do not want to try again obviously. Could you cancel this order?

Furthermore, I have contacted 2Checkout directly both by e-mail and call center. They also say the same thing as you can see from the attached e-mail (attached).

Below, I am giving all attaches I have:

The closed  post said that support responded to your ticket, that is why it was closed. Did you get that response? If so keep responding to the responses until all of your issues are fixed.

Yes, I have done that but It seems that also posting the problem here may accelerate the process

Once support is involved, there is nothing we can do here. You just have to keep responding direct to support.

The forum staff does not have any control or direct access to support. All they can do is see if there was a response to the user.
