CCleaner entry for Malwarebytes' RogueRemover PRO

Malwarebytes' RogueRemover PRO creates a log file when it has successfully removed the rogues it detected. These logs are made to be able to send useful information to the developers if and when you, for instance, experienced a false positive.

These logs, however small the may be, are redundant if you do not need to report anything.

Because a great many members of these forums are using CCleaner to keep their system clean from unwanted files, I have created a so-called winapp2.ini entry that will successfully remove these RogueRemover PRO logfiles.

How to:

(1)

Go to the CCleaner website > Go to the forum > Go to 'CCleaner Discussion' > Choose 'Add a Program to Winapp2.ini'. Or directly go here. After registering to the forums, please download this winapp2.ini file to your desktop.

(2)

Open winapp2.ini and copy and paste the following entry into the text file:

[Malwarebytes' RogueRemover PRO]LangSecRef=3024DetectFile=%ProgramFiles%\RogueRemover PRO\RogueRemoverPRO.exeDefault=TrueFileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\RogueRemover PRO|RRLog*.txt

(3)

Move the text file to the CCleaner folder which should be located in C:\Program Files
