MyAccount Beta Dashboard Won't Let Me Log In

Recommended Posts

When I logged in at https://my.malwarebytes.com, it asked me if I wanted to try the new dashboard.  I agreed, which sent me over to https://my.beta.malwarebytes.com/sign-in.  I signed in again, but some red text appeared after authenticating, and then I got sent right back to the login page.  (The page refreshes so quickly that I couldn't see the text.)

Is there a cookie set somewhere that I can delete that will let me back into the "classic" site?  And why is the login on the "beta" site failing?

And is there a better place to contact MWB about the site itself?  All of the Support contact options are about the software.  There doesn't seem to be anything anywhere about the operation of the site.

Try going back to that link again. Use another browser if needed.

All account related issues are done by support.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
