Malwarebyte premium access to my account

Hello, I have a premium account and a license for three PC. I can’t accès to my account . I enter my email and password to verify my identity, but I can’t received the verification code send to my email. I suspect there is a problem with my email; recently I have changed my email. My previous email was also my user. I tried both the old email and the new email but I can’t receive any email in order to receive a verification code. Both email are valid . I’m looking a way to resolve that issue and be able to access my Premium account . 
Please not the software are functioning well on my PC.

This is one issue only the support desk can address.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
