Am I infected or not?

Hello, I'm a premium member.  I've been getting pop-ups that look like McAfee, but they say computeradz.com on them.  I haven't clicked on anything.

Malwarebytes says I have no infections. Log attached.

I've run the FRST scan; logs attached.

I'm also attaching a screensave of the messages I'm getting.

I don't know if I'm infected or not -- how do I get the pop-ups to go away?
