It is blocking me from my own company website, as well as for others in my company with same set up. We are receiving the error “Website blocked due to suspicious content Download blocked…” My site is running SSL and fully up to date. I have contacted my hosting provider (Site ground) and they have said that the issue is not on their end but potentially from Browser Guard error. Can you help reconcile? Solution gonzo Posted March 17, 2022 Solution ID:1507499 Share Posted March 17, 2022 The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. The block was because Office files can be easily manipulated to make them malicious. We block them by default with Browser Guard. Link to post
