Browser Guard has Blocked my own website... need help

I have Browser Guard extension installed in my chrome browser. It is blocking me from my own company website, as well as for others in my company with same set up. We are receiving the error “Website blocked due to suspicious content Download blocked…”

My site is running SSL and fully up to date. I have contacted my hosting provider (Site ground) and they have said that the issue is not on their end but potentially from Browser Guard error. Can you help reconcile? I should not have my own website being blocked from content.

The domain referred to here is portal.frequencyav.com
