I frequently use this tool to benchmark and improve system performance. It is labeled as Generic suspicious because of the activity this tool does. Is there a way to verify this tool and whitelist it or will it always be labeled as this. You can find the file on their main website. https://www.userbenchmark.com/ under free download. Thank you for your consideration.

While running the user benchmark tool it flags the UBMDriveBench.exe during the test, Test does not complete because of this.

Hi,

This has been whitelisted for a while already. It might be a caching issue on your end.

Please try the following:

Quit malwarebytes from the systemtray.
Then navigate to the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService

In there, locate the file HubbleCache and delete it.

Restart Malwarebytes again. A new Hubblecache will then be created again, so it will properly pick it up and remember to not detect this anymore.
