richardlegg82 Posted March 15, 2022 ID:1506971 Share Posted March 15, 2022 Hi there, Browser Guard is reporting false positives for files on my site - ReplyToRichard [dot] com - which I use as a customer support helpdesk. The IP is 198.1.80.23. While the main helpdesk part seems unaffected, certain .doc files are being flagged as suspicious. These are simply files that customers can download, fill out and then send back to us to provide more information so that we can help them with their product/purchase. Any help in removing these flags would be appreciated. Thanks.

Solution gonzo Posted March 15, 2022 Solution ID:1507042 Share Posted March 15, 2022 The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. We block downloads of executable files and Office documents, due to their popularity as a vehicle for providing infected macros.
