Browser Guard false positive

Hi there, Browser Guard is reporting false positives for files on my site - ReplyToRichard [dot] com - which I use as a customer support helpdesk. The IP is

While the main helpdesk part seems unaffected, certain .doc files are being flagged as suspicious. These are simply files that customers can download, fill out and then send back to us to provide more information so that we can help them with their product/purchase. 

Any help in removing these flags would be appreciated.

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We block downloads of executable files and Office documents, due to their popularity as a vehicle for providing infected macros.
