Malware.Heuristic.1001, GigaDevices False Positive?

Recommended Posts

Using an all in one HDMI chipset programmer tool from well respected and known HDMI chipset vendor Gigadevices.  Malwarebytes is flagging it with Malware.Heuristic.1001 detection - https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/malware-heuristic/.  The log file points to the file location with the tool name:  GD32ALLINONEPROGRAMMER_V1.7.1.12852.7Z, No Action By User, 1000001, 0, 1.0.52199, 0000000000000000000003E9, dds, 01679002  The tool can be downloaded here:  http://www.gd32mcu.com/download/down/document_id/245/path_type/1   When Malwarebytes scans it, I get the Malware.Heuristic.1001 detection.  Is this a false positive?
