Require a two keypress combination when installation asks to reboot PC

I was installing an update and while waiting I was typing an email. At some point the installation completed and a pop-up appeared to ask me if I wanted to reboot now or later. I didn't actually get to read the message because my computer started rebooting and I couldn't stop it.

Allowing for an Alt-Y to answer Yes or perhaps a countdown timer (with an option to immediately begin the reboot) would be helpful to avoid losing any work.

Actually we recommend all programs be closed during an update. Also you are warned before the update that a restart might be needed. Do not ignore.

But you suggestion will be noted.
