Nebula Endpoint Protection Scans not running every day

Hi,

 

I just noticed that the majority of computers are not running a scan every day. I logged into my system earlier and about 2 out of 3 were without a scan in anywhere from 1 to 9 days. This is very worrying and I would like to resolve the problem immediately. I selected all of the computers and added the Scan and Report option so I no longer have the exact specifics of these but they were within that range.

When I log onto computers with this issue I see a red x on windows 10 defender saying to Open MalwareBytes so I do just that and run a scan. These scans thankfully come back empty. I have probably had 3 or 4 in the last few weeks that I saw with this. 

As I am sure you can understand I need all my systems to scan daily for my own sanity but if this is not how the Nebula cloud system works then that is fine as long as I can be aware of what is "normal" activity for my management console.
