I believe this is a false positive related the another, somewhat recent, false positive regarding part of the OpenHardwareMonitor project.  Steel Series software made use of part of it and had been flagged as a bitcoin miner, which was not the case according to the steel series devs.   I believe the original library got the bad end of the stick from it and no one has reported it yet.

The application was even recommended by staff on this forum last year, and I can personally say I have not noted any bitcoin mining from OpenHardwareMonitor, or otherwise malicious action in the several years I've used it.   Please review this site and its contents.

Here is the data regarding the domain and the IP that was flagged:

-Website Data-
Category: Compromised
Domain: openhardwaremonitor.org
IP Address: 80.74.159.100

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the IP(wasn't a domain block)again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
