I have had, what I believe to be, a rootkit infection with file-less RAM based malware, for approximately 8 months. This infection is not only impacting my personal Dell XPS9570, but my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, my Dell OptiPlex (that I use for work as a remote employee) and my Netgear Nighthawk RAX70 router. I have also had IOT devices (Amazon Echo's, SimpliSafe base station, Nest thermostat, 2 Samsung smart TV's, and 2 Roku's) be negatively impacted by the same infection. I have been working with Dell Premium Support on my XPS9570, and they too believe (after replacing the SSD, TWICE, and now the motherboard) that the recurring infection that has outlived countless clean installs of Windows, flashed BIOS, and hard resets on my cell phone is, in fact, emanating from the RAM on my XPS and memory on Samsung S21. At this point, everything where malware could reside has been replaced, with the exception of the RAM. How do I fix this? Where do I even start? Dell is sending someone to replace the RAM on my XPS9570, but what about my home network, phone, etc.? I literally had my phone flashed, TWICE, and whatever this thing is keeps coming back. Any help would be unbelievably appreciated. I am exhausted.
