app.k-ops.com marked as Ransomware

Hello,

Our SAAS app has been marked as ransomware by your antivirus software. I believe that this is a false positive as your part.

Only two security vendors market it as malware as seen here (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/app.k-ops.com/detection), Fortinet quickly fixed their mistake on the 19th of January as seen here (https://www.fortiguard.com/webfilter?q=app.k-ops.com&version=9). Gdata is currently rectifying the issue on their part.

Here is a another report that shows that no malware is detected

Please fix the situation quickly as it is creating issues with our customers.

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database. 

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
