david_navigator Posted January 31, 2022 ID:1500012 Share Posted January 31, 2022 hxxps://files.navigator.systems/ is the URL we use to allow our customers to download support files. I got a blocking message from MB as "the site is not commonly used". I clicked add to white list but now I don't seem to be able to unwhite list it to take a screenshot of the warning. Hello- We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block?
gonzo Posted January 31, 2022 ID:1500033 Share Posted January 31, 2022 This is likely a Browser Guard reputation block, but I need to know the URL that is used to trigger the block. The blocked site is not accessible directly, so the path to get there is important.
david_navigator Posted February 1, 2022 Author ID:1500090 Share Posted February 1, 2022 In the specific circumstance this was the full path hxxps://files.navigator.systems/pub/HireTRACK NX/Installation/HTNX_Integration_Server_Setup.exe - but I'm assuming any files in any folder will have the same effect (there are 100's of our B2B files on this site - we used it to replace our FTP server after FTP access was removed from common browsers). I think it was Browser Guard reputation as this is what I see in my address bar history Many thanks David
Solution gonzo Posted February 1, 2022 Solution ID:1500172 Share Posted February 1, 2022 Thank you for the added information. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
