The Chao Pinhole App exclusively for Certified Pinhole® Clinicians.
ONE DEVICE USE - READ ALL DETAILS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

1. This proprietary App consists of Pinhole® Surgical Technique training videos on live patients and cadaver specimens in order for clinicians to refresh and improve their Pinhole skills. Materials may be added or modified at the discretion of Chao Seminars.

2. Chao Seminars will monitor the usage of all users.

3. These videos and pictures are to be viewed exclusively by the approved User and may not be copied.

4. Access to the Pinhole® App may be terminated at any time for any reason without notice.

5. The User will be given a permanent password complimentary for 6 months for trial use with "ONLY ONE DEVICE" allowed. After which time, it can be renewed online for a fee. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND A COMPUTER OR TABLET WITH A LARGER SCREEN FOR VIEWING. However, you may select a cell phone.

6. A temporary password may be issued during the seminar that expires within a few days (only one device). This will allow the User to learn how to install and use the Pinhole® App without committing to a device.

7. The links and instructions for installation are listed below for each type of device (i.e. iPhone/iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows).

8. A $40 change of device fee will be required to delete access to an original device and authorize installation of the Pinhole® App on a new device. Call the Pinhole Academy to request a change of device form. (626) 308-9104
