Hello,

Is Nebula capable of blacklisting an IP or domain? I looked through the Administrator guide but didn't see it as an option. I only saw the Active Block Rules. Correct me if I'm wrong, but apparently the Active Block Rules have nothing to do with creating rules to block IP's/Domains. Rather it lists failed logon attempts.

I do not think so. It uses only its own listings and the only thing you can do is allow something Malwarebytes blocks.

I would highly suggest that you open a support ticket with Business Support to work with them directly.

Submit Support Ticket

It can take a few days for a response as ticket volume is high at this time.

Hello @fyang

Nebula does not support adding an IP or Domain block. It works by detection of bad sites automatically but does allow you to mark an IP or Domain to exclude and not block it.

If you really do need an IP or Domain blocked I'd suggest you let us know the IP or Domain and we can review and if found to be a bad site can add it to our database, thus automatically blocking for all customers.

Thank you
