Note that if you have dragged the app from the Applications folder to the trash, as you've found, that doesn't remove the software and is not the right way to uninstall. However, since you can't open the app anymore, you can't access the Uninstall command.

There is a semi-hidden way to do it, though. Choose the Open Malwarebytes item in the menu shown in your screenshot. When you do, since you've deleted the app, you'll see this:

You can either choose to Restore, which will re-create the app in the Applications folder, or Uninstall, which will properly remove the software. Be aware that uninstalling will require you to enter the login password for an admin account on your Mac, which is most likely the login password for the account you use every day.
