It looks like Malwarebytes is incorrectly flagging my client's site

My client has seen an uptick in reports from their members that Malwarebytes is flagging their site: 

https://nabtu.org

 .  We regularly scan this site's server with AV software (last full scan was 01/23) and we check weekly that all plugins and services are up-to-date.  Unfortunately, the Malwarebytes error message does not flag in detail why it is blocking the site so we have no clear path to remedy the issue.  This seems to be a pretty large issue.  

Can anyone give me more information on why 

https://nabtu.org

 is being flagged by Malwarebytes?  Thank you in advance for any additional information you can provide.

I'm not seeing a block from Malwarebytes Premium and I've also checked on various other sites and they're not blocking either.

Do you have a log or screenshot showing the actual block?

I'm currently on the site and no block from Malwarebytes Premium or from our Malwarebytes Browser Guard either.

Hello,

Thanks for reporting. It was initially blocked for having a malicious pdf on it here. However, it is offline now

I see that the domain was unblocked yesterday (01.27.2022).

@thisisu is there any way you can flag what the malicious PDF path was?  I cannot see the path information in the links provide above.  Although, as I noted, we run frequent scans on our servers and nothing came up in recent scans so it would be good to have more information.  Thank you for any additional information you can provide.
