Can't remove Chrome extension “Screen capture, screenshot share/save”

This extension installs itself again after every restart and then prompts for extensive permissions. Wasn't detected when I ran Malwarebytes.

As you can see, the Chrome web store reviews are nothing but complaints, but Google's not fixing it, so I bought paid for Malwarebytes, and it didn't detect the extension. Admittedly, I removed it as usual upon restarting, but there has to be something left in my system that prompts a reinstall on every restart.
