I'd like to gather some more information from you and collect logs for the issue you are experiencing.

  1. When you have your scans scheduled to run, is your device turned on or do you turn it off over night?
  2. Have you tried changing the time/frequency of the scheduled scan to see if it runs?
  3. Can you please provide a screenshot of your current scan schedule?
  4. I will need Diagnostic Logs. Please note that you must enable diagnostic mode before you reproduce the issue and leave it enabled for the scheduled scan time.
