[ RESOLVED ] I've not gotten a response to my support ticket yet.

I'm sorry as I'm not sure if this is the right section for this. I understand that staffing support is difficult in these times, but My ticket has gone unanswered for over a week and I need this settled. I'm trying to figure out how my paypal was charged as I have no active subscription.

Please if someone could respond so I can get my money back.
