Can Someone Check My Log File?

I have no idea what these deleted items are, was it safe letting AdWCleaner delete them?

Looks ok to me. You are using a very old version of the software.

Have you scanned with the regular Malwarebytes program?

It has been about 5 years since you last posted and you were using a different OS and on top of that you were using Kaspersly as well which causes issues.

Advanced system care is garbage and causes more issues then it is supposed to "fix".

I would uninstall it from the computer and then rerun Malwarebytes to clean the leftovers.
