Website blocked: www.mnmsg.com Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this web

I am new here and am trying to determine why Malwarebytes is blocking my clients from my website? I have up to date virus and malware protection on the server. I just updated the sites ssl certificate. The browser guard is saying Blocked due to trojan.

How do I get this resolved?
