I have made an app exception for the PIA VPN "pia-service.exe" but Malwarebytes keeps flagging it as an exception. Grrrr.... what to do?

We need the log not a screenshot to assist you.

You can find Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location

RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged

If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.

Thank you

So... this is what I receive with the PIA VPN... the exe file is excluded.

You are receiving the "WEB Block" because PIA is using compromised servers to connect through.

You excluded the wrong part of Malwarebytes but using the correct exclusion would cause you to loose/bypass the web protection in Malwarebytes when connected to PIA.

We have seen a lot of these lately with PIA users. I honestly suggest a different VPN

I am also going to move this to the section where a web researcher can see if the IP is still deserving of the block.
