How to get rid of annoying new "feature" on my phone!?

This annoying "feature" just appeared again!  I set it since it seemed reasonable, but given limited space on a phone, this is NOT reasonable.

 

See attached screenshot.  I have to deal with another such annoyance from Avast.

This is a feature with some mobile devices.  Here's how to disable:

• Open your device Settings > Accessibility
• Go to the Downloaded apps section (should be at top)
• Select "Malwarebytes Safe Browsing Scanner"
• Under the "Options" section, toggle "Malwarebytes Safe Browsing Scanner shortcut" to OFF
