Hi,

A member of one of my websites who is using your product informed me that my sites are blocked.

Hence my request to unblock/whitelist my ip or domains.

I checked a couple of sites with Virustotal, but they all appear to be clean.

Can you provide me with urls that lead to malware on my sites? I'm happy to investigate and fix it if any is found.

There are multiple types of blocks, so the staff will need to see a screenshot of the block in order to address what's going on. Can you obtain same from that member?

Its a browser guard only "reputation block" gonzo will have to fix.
