You already closed my ticket:


I asked about the reason for blocking our website, and you gave no details why. You can send me this privately (my email is registered, please use it for privacy reasons).

Also, I noticed there are several customers with similar problems here. Sometimes you give details about what was found and triggered the blocking. It is not best practice to disclose such details. Please add a possibility to mark a topic as private. Such topics should not be visible to support personal only.
