Trojan:Win32/Alureon.gen!U detected by Windows defender

Windows defender keeps popping up with a message it has detected Trojan:Win32/Alureon.gen!U . I have run several programs but this doesn't seem to be touched. It is not seen by AVG Free and is not clearly sen by malwarebytes.

I would appreciate any hints or suggestions

I was able to get MBAM to run and I have attached the log from that to this subject. The trojan noted above is still seen by Windows defender.

I was able to run MBAM and then Windows Defender. This appears to have cleared up the Trojan. I seem to be clean and am running well. Thanks for the tips in the forum.
