Hi there,

We have been advised by our customers that Malwarebytes is blocking our website and webapp due to a "suspicious top level domain".

We are a legitimate company. You can look at our websites and our previous site (xyris.com.au) to verify.

Please advise the timeframe for this fix as our customers are being impacted by this false positive.

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your customers will not need to jump through any hoops to get to your site.
