Viedra Posted January 10, 2022 ID:1496887 Share Posted January 10, 2022 Started it up and I got the license server error, so I figured I'd do a fresh reinstall. Used the MB support tool to clean remove and reinstall, but it kept getting stuck at 5%. I downloaded an offline installer, and now I'm getting an error for installation token not found too. I attached a zip of logs from the support tool. Been using your service for years, and always a happy paying customer. First time this has happened on such a scale. :c mbst-grab-results.zip

Open an Elevated Admin command prompt and copy / paste the following and press the Enter key. You should get a success message. reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters" /v "DisabledComponents" /t REG_DWORD /d 32 /f Then restart the computer and try activating the program again. This will set the IP preference to use IPV4 instead of IPV6 as recommended by Microsoft without actually disabling IPV6 Let me know if that helps correct the issue for you. Thank you Edited January 10, 2022 by AdvancedSetup Corrected font issue

I'll monitor to see if anything acts strangely in the next few days. May I ask why such an issue like this exists? And does this only effect Malwarebytes or the system as a whole?
