• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

For one you need a restart.

Two Malwarebytes and Bit Defender do not play well together. You should uninstall Bitdefender products and then we work on the issue if it continues.

I have had both on my pc for over a year now with no problem, what do you mean restart? I have done that twice!

The conflict can come and go with Bit Defender and/or Malwarebytes updates.

Create and attach a new set of logs from the support tool and i will have someone work directly with you.

Could you let us know what you did to "get around" the issue??

I would like to, but I am afraid Malwarebytes may put a stop to it and I like Malwarebytes and Bit Defender very much. Don't want top lose them, I have not had a virus on my pc in 15 years.

Malwarebytes WANTS to be compatible with other AV programs. If you found a way to do it then I am sure it can be useful.
