Hello task explorer scan result flagged items (virus total)

Is there by any chance my Mac is infected with a backdoor Rat/Rootkit/malware/virus? ive been scanning with Malwarebytes premium it don't detect anything and now when I scan with (task explorer objective-see)  it flags a lot of files that's flagged in virus total is there by any chance my Mac is infected with something undetected/hidden  ?

Yes, there is a chance, but probably very very small that you have an active malware threat. Malwarebytes for Mac will detect and offer to quarantine the active parts of any currently known malware, but may leave behind trace files that are of no concern by themselves. It also no longer detects threats that have been deemed extinct due to no longer being found or otherwise disabled. 

There are also many false positive samples on VirusTotal where only one scanner of over 70 mistakenly detects a file as infected. I personally can see 31 such files on my Mac currently (but most are the same file listed multiple times for each instance of it's Process ID).

I would only be concerned if the number of scanners detecting is a significant number. The staff might be able to give you a better answer if you listed any such files here or upload them to the Newest Mac Threats forum.
