Years of reporting NirSoft Products (False Positives)

Hi MWB folks,

I'm a new trial customer, and on my first scan out I see all my Nirsoft Utilities show up as False Positives.

In the forum, you have YEARS of evidence saying they are clean. They are.  Please correct this.  I have no connection to Nirsoft except as a happy product user and student.   By doing this you are causing harm to independent small development.

You've had years to investigate this and it makes me wonder if anyone is there.

(And i would be much more impressed by the trial product if it hadn't shown false positives on software that is so useful and well known.

You need to put them in as exclusions. Many of those tools have been used in the creation of Malware. Doubt that will change.

Many products will detect some of them as well including Windows Defender.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
