False Positive or time to nuke? Malware.Heuristic.1003 FONTCACHE-SYSTEM.DAT

I've not used my computer really over the holiday period. It's been on but not used much at all. The malwarebytes scan came up with a Malware.Heuristic.1003 threat on a file called FONTCACHE-SYSTEM.DAT in C:\\WINDOWS\\SERVICEPROFILES\\LOCALSERVICE\\APPDATA\\LOCAL\\FONTCACHE\\

I've tried to dig around myself but I cannot ascertain if I need to nuke windows or not.

I've attached all the files I think that are needed if someone could be so kind as to help me decipher if this is an issue or not.

Yes this was turned on when I scanned. I currently have the file in quarantine. Should I restore it and turn off this setting and scan again?

Yes and keep that setting off permanently.
