I need missed or blocked calls to have the ability to leave a voicemail,

Doctors or businesses that I don’t have in my contact list may call with important information and I want them to have the ability to leave a voicemail so I can get back to them. How do we set up the app to accomplish this?  This is very important to me.

Also how do I get to the page on the app that all me to view or decline emails. I can’t find it.

Malwarebytes Mobile Security for iOS does not have the capability to prevent someone from leaving you a voicemail message, for better or for worse. Voicemails are controlled by your cellular service provider, not by your phone. Even if your phone blocks a call, they can still leave a voicemail.

You can also set the app to warn you about potential junk calls, rather than blocking them. In such a case, the phone will still ring, but caller ID will say something like "Malwarebytes Known Scammer" or "Malwarebytes Suspected Scammer", and you can choose not to answer. Note that this is the default.

Also, Mobile Security does not have any capability to block e-mail messages. That is not one of its functions. It can block junk calls and text messages, but not e-mails. For more information about the functionality provided by the app, see:
