Is anyone avaible for my Refund?

Hello, recently i've started using Malwarebytes VPN and on the account I created, had no issues with Renewal, however, I do not know who, but someone went ahead and paid for a Vpn services with MY credit card info, without even making an account for it, I only found out about this after i was charged, which made me extremely upset, also the fact that the site allows you to buy for a product without a verified created account, could lead to so many potential issues, imagine if i didn't find out about the email used because of my Bank and Tracking system, I would be losing money, over and over and over again. 

Now, I've sent a Ticket (which i forgot to save the id of), on both accounts, i've waited enough Busieness days for an answer or something. I know it's pretty much Holiday Seasons, but as I read on a previous post, Most of the Staff is on Vacation, however there should be at least 1 person that could possibly help me get my Refund as soon as possible. And I need that money back to pay my Bills, If anyone is there that can help me out as soon as possible i'll be grateful as F.

You did the correct thing, now do not create any more tickets as that will delay the response.

Even with one support member, tickets are done first come first served. There are probably 1000's of tickets a week. Fulls staff will not return until the 4th.

Did you sign up for the "free" trial? It auto charges the card used  after the trial period.

All that is needed is a valid credit card with proper info and a valid email to purchase any product. You do not have to create an account in advance of purchase. An account is auto created with the email address used for the purchase.

Yes and I did disable the Auto-renewal on my account and when i found out about the other account, i disabled it as soon as i had access to it.
