Trying to dowload a csv file of my registered vehicles at Vehicles - Get I-PASS (getipass.com) https://www.getipass.com/vehicles

Malwarebytes Blocks.  File download looks like this (the base64 text has been truncated in the middle):

Download blocked: data:application/vnd.ms-excel;charset=UTF-8;base64,PGh0bWw....wvaHRtbD4=

Malwarebytes Browser Guard scans downloads started in the browser and may block/remove the item if it looks suspicious. If you trust this content/site and would like to proceed, click "Continue".

I've tried to press the continue button, but nothing happens.  I've checked the "don't block again" and nothing happens.

This seems like a bug and there doesn't seem to be a way of reporting it, just though I'd post this here.

We will need the screenshot as well as a Browser Guard log showing the block.  Also, please let us know what specific version of Browser Guard you are using.  Changes were made in version 2.3.12 (released in November) to allow data of this type to be downloaded.  It had previously been blocked.

I'm using Browser Guard Version 2.3.14 Last Updated December 23, 2021

Here's the top of the popup page

Here is the bottom of the page.

The log is attached.  This errors out in Microsoft Edge and Chrome. It has a problem in Firefox, when it's set to download without asking where you want to save it, but it seems to save okay when it prompts for a save location, and I choose Save As. It works if I disable browser guard. Let me know if you need anything else.

We are on Christmas break, and I have referred this one to the developer.  Thanks for providing the additional info.  Please be patient.  (Sorry for expected delays...)

No problem. I can work around it. I just wanted to let you know.  Thanks and Happy New Year!

The developer is investigating why pressing Continue did not do as requested.  I also thought that the issue of downloading "Office-like" data exclusive of a file (a.k.a. BLOB) was fixed in an earlier release.  I am still waiting to hear on that issue.
