How to remove PUP.Optional.BrowserHijack and PUP.Optional.LockHomepage

I have scanned these PUPs using Malwarebytes AdwCleaner. And everytime i try to quarantine them, they don't show up in the "quarantined files". I look at the log files and these is what shows up :

No malicious registry entries cleaned.

***** [ Chromium (and derivatives) ] *****

No malicious Chromium entries cleaned.

***** [ Chromium URLs ] *****

I also have Malwarebytes Premiuim, but it doesnt scan these two. What should I do?

Let's start out by doing a clean up of Google Chrome and see if that lone corrects the issue for you or not.
