And why i pay more in euro then in dollars???

26,45 Euro!!

 

Today when i go to checkout i get this... That is quite a deal!! For my new year perhaps?

So someone that pay in euro is punished or what? When i do the same at Kaspersky, the price stay the same, i pay the same as someone in dollars... Not MORE!

If i have to pay 59.99 euro, the someone in dollar should pay

Not sure but perhaps you're having some caching issue in your browser? I was unable to duplicate this issue when I tried.

If I pay in US Dollar it is $29.99

 

If I pay in Euro it is 26,52 € which currently on Exchange at the time of review is $30.05 US Dollar but that exchange rate can vary at any point in time that is beyond our control

 

 

How or where you're getting the 59,99€ I don't know as I cannot duplicate it.

Perhaps try clearing cache and cookies and try again?

There is a problem at the pages... When i choose country Unites States, like you show above, then yes it works and the price changes.

However if a choose Belgium, then the price is the same in euro and dollar and does not change. I did try with different browsers, clean and without blockers, they all do the same.

In your pictures, you just did change the language, this also works for me. Change country to Belgium and then you will see that something is not right. Last year i did pay 59.99 euro, and i now realize i pay too much.

 

Lucky i can pay in dollars here with PayPal, but when you choose euro, your are screwed.

No, it's the exact same amount. Just in another currency. That is how the financial markets work all over the world. Every country has their own currency there is no 1-to-1 conversion for the majority of currencies.

 

If I convert to Canadian it's a much higher but the exact same equivalent of that price in US Dollars

Again, if you feel that you did then submit all your purchase information to a new support ticket and someone will be more than happy to assist you and if something is wrong they will correct it.

So i should see 17.66 euro, but it is exactly the same as in dollars. When i choose to pay in euro i pay more then someone who pay in dollars.

Yep best i make a ticket, but before answer i think it will be after new year. That i completely can understand.

From now on i pay with PayPal in dollar and then i pay the same like someone from the US.

well paying in dollars does work, i learned my lesson. But still this does not feel right...

But when i pay 59.99 euro that is 67,88 United States Dollar, that is not fair game in my eyes...

I pay around 8 dollars more for the same product because i choose Euro...

Currency exchange rates. That is normal when buying stuff fro another country. Sometimes you pay more and sometimes you pay less depending on country the company you are buying from is located..

Just did order a new prescription for one year, PayPal converted 19.99 dollar to 17,63 Euro. With this i am happy now.

If I visit Belgium when I turn my $100 to euros to spend there I will only have about 88 euros to spend. If you come here it is reverse.

Be aware, Paypal will also make currency rate changes as well. You might see a rate conversion from them as well because paypal sees your money as euros and then converts it to usd.

Still remains the fact that many other antivirus or products on the internet, really change the price lower when you chose euro. Not with Malwarebytes.

I did get an email from them already, i payed exactly 17.63 euro.

Yep my wife said the same, i will buy another one for two year now, because we have two others that also end soon.

On my own computers i still have two lifetime prescriptions.
