Account Removal

Hi there just wondering if there is a way to contact Malwarebytes, other than Email.

I have been talking to MWB via email, trying to sort out my account. But it takes so long for them to respond that I tried to sort my Account myself. I now have paid for Malwarebytes + Privacy for 3 computers. Just as I did that Malwarebytes for 5 computers auto renewed itself. So I am now paying for both. Hence I need to cancel the whole lot then start afresh..

As I said before is there a way to talk to them (I am in the UK) or an online chat.

Sorry, Consumer support is only by email thru the help desk system.

You can reach them by Chat during PST Timezone in America but since it's the Christmas Holiday Season a good majority of our Staff is now on vacation.

I would still advise creating a support ticket and let them know. That way at some point someone will take care of the issue for you. Don't worry they will provide you a full refund on the items recently purchased but not needed, it will just take some time.
