Malware.AI false positive or not?

Hello, I recently did a scan and Malwarebytes found a Malware.AI threat in my recycle bin. I already quarantined and deleted it and I have the log attached below. It did not tell me what file it was, besides it being a .exe file (no name). I went through the recycle bin and could not find it. This led me to question whether this is a threat or a false positive. Please let me know.

Hi,

This doesn't look like a false positive, so it's good you deleted it. It's the file DevInstallerBeta.exe, which also installs an additional chrome extension that injects ads into search results. It's something older though.

I see, thanks for confirming that. I do not have any extension installed on chrome though, so does that mean that the file was never ran? Can you pinpoint where exactly I got it from?

Yes, it's possible you never ran the file.

Unfortunately I can't tell where you exactly got it from, but given it was in your recycle bin already, I guess you manually deleted this previously.
