MALWARE.AI in Minecraft folder – false positive?

I recently performed a scan and came across two detections labeled "MALWARE.AI." It is located in the "bin" folder of my Minecraft files, as seen in the .txt file below.scan.txt

By any chance, is this a false positive? I've had these files for a while and I have RTP enabled, so I'm not sure why Malwarebytes detected them only now. Many thanks!
