Website is still blocked and you confirmed that it was whitelisted yesterday. I clear cache, cookies and all browser history and your Malwarebytes Browser Guard still blocks all links from our domain. I'm testing with Chrome browser. Domain is: ctrlpromo.com Can you check this asap and please do not close the topic until it has been confirmed that the problem is resolved. Link to post

Solution gonzo Posted December 10, 2021 Solution ID:1492432 Share Posted December 10, 2021 If you reinstalled the blocker and checked access to ctrlpromo.com IMMEDIATELY, you would still have been blocked because you did not give databases a chance to receive updates. Installing Browser Guard loads it with databases that were current AS OF THE RELEASE DATE OF THE BROWSER GUARD VERSION. If this is the case, try again. Otherwise, go to Browser Guard's SUPPORT tab and click CHECK FOR UPDATES, then allow that time for database updates to occur. That should happen within a few seconds.
