Malware infection, Cant run Malwarebytes scanner

Hey, im having a problem with malware, and possible a Trojan horse virus. My friend was on ym computer the other day, and downloaded a games off a website, and when he tried to run it my AVG antivirus immediately popped up saying it had detected a Trojan virus, so I tried to click remove infected files, and it caused my system to crash. I called my uncle who happens to teach computers at a university, and he recommended malwarebytes. So i downloaded the program and it started the scan then crashed, and every time i try to run it, it says i may not have the appropriate permissions ro run this program. However i was able to download Hijack This and get a log file.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
     
  2. Attach.txt
     

  [*]Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:

• Double-click .exe that you downloaded
  
• Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  
• Don't check
  Show All
  box while scanning in progress!
  
• When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  
• This copies log to clipboard
  
• Post log in your reply.
