Need Support to Fix Two Concurrent Licenses for Me

I have a problem and have been waiting for 7 days since filing my support request, with no reply. I bought a license and added to extend my existing license in November, 2021. Then, an auto purchase renewal went through that I did not notice at first, and also has a November 2021 start date, two licenses in total. I need this fixed please for the two licenses to run consecutively, not concurrently, or cancel the auto purchase.

My support ticket number is 3658737.

Unfortunately, all licensing issues must be solved by support ticket personnel and they are reportedly overwhelmed by the Thanksgiving holiday here in the US, so a 7 day wait isn't unusual right now. The staff will probably double check to make sure that ticket is still in the queue when they come in on Monday.
